Unfortunately they have not heard any of his musical talent for a few years now with the exception of a few collaborations. . His last solo album entitled “Kamaal/The Abstract” was released in 2009 and didn’t rank high on the Billboard 200 list.

Fans are in luck however! Q-Tip recently signed with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. music label and is set to release his fourth solo album which is said to be entitled “The Last Zulu”, sometime in 2013.

West’s label is stacked with many artists that are all over the radio these days including Big Sean, Kid Cudi, John Legend and a few others. Hopefully this is the break Q-Tip needs in order to get back to giving fans the high quality music they are used to getting from him.
