Scout then posted photos of her juggy jaunt on Twitter and changed her avatar pic to Rihanna’s brazen, bodacious, ban-tastic ta-tas, along with the caption “Legal in NYC but not on @instagram.” And with that, a hashtag was born: #FreeTheNipple.
